Transition to Cirrus
Certification of your Cirrus transition will be made by factory certified instructors and a Cirrus factory numbered certificate issued which is recognized worldwide throughout both the Cirrus network and many other organisations.
Learn to fly
The general progression through various stages involves multiple tests and checks to ensure you are most comfortable, proficient and safe. These stages are: first solo; area solo; Recreational Pilots Licence; and Private Pilots Licence. Each of these stages can be tested in-house and by examiners you already know and are comfortable flying with. This makes a big difference to nervous mistakes come test day.
Instrument Rating
Our in-house examiners are able to provide testing to issue Instrument Ratings and Private Instrument Ratings. They can also provide Instrument Proficiency Checks and Private Instrument Rating flight reviews as they become due throughout your flying life. The benefits of having examiners who you are familiar and comfortable with will be well known to you by this stage.
90-Day Currency & Rolling Proficiency Program
We can provide all services required in a comfortable and familiar atmosphere to keep you flying and proficient throughout the years. This includes all Cirrus currency, Flight Reviews, instrument and approach currency, night currency, Instrument Proficiency Checks and Private Instrument Flight Reviews. These will all naturally fall into the rolling program and be looked after for you or you can select any of these as stand-alone items as you feel you need.
Cirrus Factory Standardised Training
All of the Cirrus factory standardised training courses will be certified by our factory certified CSIPs or Platinum CSIPs.
Conversion to Fly in Australia
Generally, CASA will issue licenses to overseas holders without a current Flight Review or Instrument Proficiency Check. Come to us for your local training and these checks will be handled in-house for you meaning your will be certified and proficient to tour our country.
New Owner Transition
As a Cirrus approved transition is completed our CSIPs or Platinum CSIPs will provide you you’re your factory certification.
Embark Program
As a Cirrus approved training scheme you will receive the same CSIP attention and factory certifications as any other Cirrus pilot – be they just transitioning, buying a new aircraft, or learning in a Cirrus.
High Performance Training
Although this type of training does not require certification you can certainly combine it with a needed recertification. Why not combine a recertification event such as a Flight Review or Proficiency Check with the addition of a new skillset?
High Altitude Training
Although this type of training does not require certification you can certainly combine it with a needed recertification. Why not combine a recertification event such as a Flight Review or Proficiency Check with the addition of a new skillset?
Glass Cockpit
